Safe Schools Program

16th December 2014 was the darkest day in history of Pakistan, when 7 Militants conducted most brutal terrorist attack on Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar, The Capital city of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa (KPK) province. The enemies of humanity entered in school where innocent green uniformed children just sang the national anthem of Pakistan and sat in the assembly hall, militants opened straight fire on children aged between eight to eighteen years and staff. 145 innocent people including 132 school students were killed in this brutal terror attack.

This was deadliest terrorist attack ever to occur in history of not only Pakistan but world in which so many innocent school children’s blood was being victim. There was a kind of stillness in the air while driving to school in the light of quietly subdued rising sun. Every parent was in secured to send their kids to school.

Rising hope in that era of darkness was Save The Nation, who played very vital role to disappear those insecurities and fear from people mind. In the memory of Martyred of Army Public School, Save the Nation launched an initiative named Safe Schools Program (SSP) with the help of Ministry of Interior Pakistan, NACTA (National Counter terrorism Authority), Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Education KPK, Islamabad Police and KPK Police.

Through this Safe Schools initiative Save the Nation installed Emergency Panic Alert System for the safety & security of all Public & Private Schools/Colleges/Universities.

Vehicle Safety Program - Rawalpindi

“For the safety and security of precious vehicles of citizens, Vehicles Safety Program is an initiative of Save The Nation & Rawalpindi Police”

Rawalpindi commonly known as Pindi is a rapidly growing city in the Potohar region of northern Punjab, Pakistan. It is located only 14 kilometers south from the capital city of Islamabad. The Rawalpindi/Islamabad metropolitan area is ranked the third highest in the country. Due to the high interdependence and intertwined areas of the two cities, they are known as the twin cities of Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Rawalpindi is a mini industrial hub, mostly residents are servicemen and the city is also known as base camp of Pak-China economic corridor.

Rawalpindi has been a military city since colonial times and remained Army General Headquarters after independence, due to this, the city is also called Defense Forces city and home of Pakistan Military Forces.

A vehicle/Car is probably the second largest investment most of us make and due to carelessness and lethargy do not protect it and when it is lost we are pained and repent.

Every year around 11000 vehicles worth of Rs. 2 billion are stolen in Pakistan. The stolen vehicles are either resold to innocent buyers or used in some nefarious activity. It has been recorded that stolen vehicles are used to facilitate the terrorists, suicide attacks and heinous crimes like murder, robbery/dacoity, kidnapping/abduction, drug trafficking etc. Snatching and theft of vehicles in Pakistan has now become a serious dilemma for the public and law enforcement agencies, and after Karachi, Rawalpindi/Islamabad are the most effected areas of Vehicles theft and snatching. A decade ago, Save The Nation and Rawalpindi Police took the joint initiative to reduce the crimes against vehicles and make the possible acts and provide solutions to counter this growing issue.

Vehicles Safety Program, Rawalpindi is an exclusive, reliable and comprehensive program (Worldwide) for the safety and security of domestic and commercial vehicles. Through Vehicle Safety Program, we secured more then 50000 vehicles and trained and educate more then 1.2 million Vehicle Owners about their precious property safety. The figures are showing the great success of the program and these numbers are rapidly growing day by day.

The primary responsibility of securing the vehicle rests with the owner, because he has invested huge amount of money in the purchase of a car and they must be careful about their car, Vehicle Safety Program Office is located at Rescue 15, Liaqat Bagh and vehicles owners can get free training’s and reliable solutions for their precious vehicle safety and security from the Office.

Media Houses Safety Program

MEDIA IS THE BACKBONE OF A COUNTRY AS IT TAKES HOLD OF THE MIND SETS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE. WHATEVER IS PORTRAYED BY MEDIA IS ACCEPTED BY THE SOCIETY AS IT IS, THE PEOPLE EVEN DO NOT TRY TO GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT TO ANY HAPPENING AS THE BELIEVE THAT THE JOURNALISTS AND OTHER MEDIA PERSONALS.

IN ISLAMABAD ABOUT 30 MAJOR MEDIA HOUSES ARE FUNCTIONAL WHICH INCLUDE PRIVATE AND THE STATE OWNED CHANNELS AND THEY COMPRISE OF SOME OF EDUCATED GEMS AS JOURNALISTS, ANALYSTS AND WRITERS WHICH ABSORB THE ENTIRE MEANING OF A NATION IN THEM.

But in the current scenario of our country all media houses are in need of being secure. After the success of Safe Schools Pakistan Program, Islamabad Police and Save The Nation as Capital Safety Program has been functioning steadfastly to implement safety and security of all the major media houses in Islamabad.

Taking after the interior minister’s orders a Panic Button has been introduced in media houses , which can be triggered on account of any crisis to call for a brisk reaction from rescue and law requirement work force.

In the beginning of 2015, interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan met with representatives of media houses in Islamabad and he said that there were threats to media employees. A large number of media houses participated in the discussion and were asked to track for their security, including installation of Panic Button’ and Panic Alert System to secure the media offices.

Islamabad Capital Police lately have provided the media personals with the Panic Alert Buttons installed in their mobile phones via android applications. Activating the Panic Button would consequently produce a PopUp Alert, which would be conveyed to all concerned cops and police control room.

Panic Alert System are presented in given phones or modified electronic contraptions and are particularly related by method for control servers to 16 different places, which are police control, Capital Safety Program Office and snappy and quick response force vehicles of Islamabad Police & Pakistan Rangers.

These are the gadgets where an individual at a scrap of rage will press the catch are ready will be gotten by every one of the different spots inside 5 seconds and police alongside officers will get to that place without a moment’s hesitation to maintain peace around.

Save The Nation team also trained the security staff of all major media houses that how and which conditions/situation the panic button will be triggered, i.e. Terrorists act, bomb and suicide threat and any suspicious activity etc.

If such acts of responsibility are shown now and then to protect the nation, one day as a strong bond Pakistan will easily get rid of terrorism acts.
